I think I actually prefer the salve to the lotion as you get more benefit.

A lotion that really works. Both 2000mg and 4000mg.

Using the lotion for almost a year now--amazing consistant pain relief. Pain may not go away, but makes it manageable to where you can actually forget about it! My husband uses for moderate to severe chronic back pain and I recently found that it can reduce or eliminate headache pain when applied to neck and around temples and behind ears!
